The design was tailored to meet users’ specific needs while respecting the building’s technical and architectural constraints. The flexibility of the spaces, enabled by the absence of fixed technical partitions, allowed for modular and functional work environments, integrating state-of-the-art systems such as ventilation, heating, and cooling through active ceilings. Spanning levels 5 to 7, the three floors were designed to maximize functionality and adaptability.
Levels 5 and 6, totaling 3,140 m², are dedicated to office spaces that foster collaboration and efficiency. Level 7, covering 590 m², houses the reception area and modular conference rooms, providing a professional and modern environment for clients.
